Our Story

At Mechex Global Children's Homes, our journey is built on nearly three decades of dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable people.

Our Director brings over 28 years of experience in health and social care, supporting both adults and children to achieve independence, develop life skills, and reach their full potential. Throughout this journey, he has worked closely alongside social services, safeguarding teams, healthcare professionals, and local authorities, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children who have experienced trauma, instability, and adversity.

Over the years, one thing became clear: every child deserves more than just a placement. They deserve a place they can truly call home.

This belief became the foundation of Mechex Global Children's Homes.

Our homes are designed to provide stability, safety, and therapeutic support for children and young people aged 7–17 who may be experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties, trauma-related challenges, safeguarding vulnerabilities, or placement instability. We believe that healing begins with positive relationships, consistency, and an environment where children feel valued, heard, and respected.

What makes us different is our commitment to combining compassionate care with innovation. While relationships and human connection remain at the heart of everything we do, we recognise that children are growing up in a rapidly changing world. Through educational robotics, digital learning opportunities, and our innovative AI Comfort Box™, we aim to help young people build confidence, engage with education, develop future skills, and discover new opportunities.

Technology will never replace the care, guidance, and support provided by our dedicated teams. Instead, it serves as a tool to enhance learning, encourage creativity, and support emotional wellbeing.
